The Ginger Man – Austin, Part 1
After arriving in Austin and ducking into my hotel room to drop off my bag (and to cool off from the oppressive heat), my first stop was at the Austin outpost of The Ginger Man chain. The Texas locations used to be affiliated with the ones on the east coast (same owners), including the one in Midtown New York, but the original owners sold off all their pubs outside of Texas. Still, once you walk in, you know where the NYC one got their look from.
