As for the crepes, I think that's a regional difference; I know that sounds funny because Peking duck is from a specific region/city, but I grew up eating it with mantou (like the above bun) and didn't have it with crepes until I was older. I think that is because I had it at mostly Cantonese restaurants, but I'm not entirely sure if that's why. That said, it's $1 and at that price, it's pretty good.
