		<description>Hmm, the 2x I&#039;ve gotten it now, the skin was completely separate - the fat between skin &amp; meat was dissolved (which I think is one of the marks of Peking duck), so perhaps you got a bad batch?  As for the crepes, I think that&#039;s a regional difference; I know that sounds funny because Peking duck is from a specific region/city, but I grew up eating it with mantou (like the above bun) and didn&#039;t have it with crepes until I was older.  I think that is because I had it at mostly Cantonese restaurants, but I&#039;m not entirely sure if that&#039;s why.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s not really Peking Duck (skin should be coming off the body) and the buns aren&#039;t nearly as good as the pancakes/crepes normally associated with the dish. That said, it&#039;s $1 and at that price, it&#039;s pretty good.</description>
